Two FirstCare nurses were shortlisted as finalists in this year’s UK Contact Centre Forum (UKCCF) Awards.

Nurse advisor, Jane Johnson, and nurse team manager, Jennifer Curtis, represented FirstCare at the annual Gala Awards Dinner, which took place on Friday 2nd November at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry.

More than 400 professionals from contact centres across the UK attended the event from companies including AXA, L&V, McDonalds, Thomas Cook, Ventrica, Thurrock Council, and Network Homes.

With strong nominations across all categories, Jane was a runner-up in the Agent of the Year category, receiving a highly commended certificate, and Jennifer was recognised as runner-up in the Manager of the Year category and also highly commended.

John Coyne, General Manager, at FirstCare said: “We’re incredibly proud of Jane and Jennifer’s achievements in such competitive national awards, and are sure you’ll join with us in wishing them congratulations.”
